WE was created as an organization where woman leaders can convene, connect and share career goals and aspirations and provide continuous education in the wellness space. Xhilarate created a logo, tagline and look and feel that embraces confidence, inclusiveness, empowerment and excellence. This all starts with the WE logo that is comprised of a fluid and expressive mark that joins the “w” and “e” in a confident and jubilant pose. Symbolically, as if hands are joined and arms are raised in solidarity and with a motion toward the future. While the color palette reinforces that WE is a women’s organization, it is also inclusive and accepting of all. Typestyle and imagery play a critical role in developing a meaningful identity for WE. The font and photography style are expressive, emotional and welcoming.
